At Dadsons Music Paradise, we are committed to delivering quality music education and a seamless experience for our students and event attendees. Please read this policy carefully before registering for classes or purchasing event tickets, as different terms apply to each.

Music Classes — Student-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your enrolment in our music classes, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation requests may be considered before an invoice has been raised for the current month’s classes, subject to our discretion. If you have attended classes in the current month but have not yet made payment, you will not be eligible to cancel for that period.

All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days in advance through one of the following:

Music Classes — Compensation Classes

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class due to personal reasons, we may offer compensation classes in place of a refund, subject to availability.

To be eligible, you must raise a compensation request within 30 days from your last payment receipt date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.

Compensation classes will be scheduled after necessary verification and based on mutually available dates and times. Please note that classes that have already been delivered are not eligible for cancellation or compensation.

All refund requests will be reviewed and validated before processing. Refunds will not be issued for classes that have already been conducted, partially attended, or where the service has been fully delivered.

Event Tickets — No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for Dadsons Music Paradise events — including live shows, concerts, and performances — are final and non-refundable.

Once a ticket is purchased and payment is confirmed, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance, including personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.

We strongly encourage you to confirm your availability before completing your ticket purchase. In the rare event that a show is cancelled or rescheduled by us, we will communicate directly with ticket holders regarding next steps.
